How do we collect your data?

• Our apps do not collect any information about how our users use our apps.  
• At the point of app activation we collect: name and e-mail address.
• If a user chooses to make an in-app purchase after free trial periods, debit/credit card details are also captured for the purposes of payment processing by our chosen provider, Stripe (www.stripe.com).  
• We do not capture any visitor information on www.smart-app-services.com by means of cookies.  We only use cookies that are essential for the use of our website.
• If a website visitor submits a contact for submission, we capture name, email address and telephone number.

How is you data used?

• At the point of app activation, the email address that is capture, is then used for marketing purposes.  All marketing e-mails offer the option to unsubscribe.
• We do not sell or share your e-mail address with any other party.
• The provision a user’s name at the point of app activation is only used for the purpose of profile creation in our apps.
• For users that make an in-app purchase, name, email address and debit/credit card information is solely used for payment processing purposes or to facilitate enquiries about card transactions or refund request.
• Any personal data collected as a result of a contact form submission is not used for any other reason than the resolution of enquiry submissions.
